has Northstar taking all Mortgage account from Morequnity we recieved a letter from Morequnity they no longer are doing Mortgages, also tried calling Morequnity phone number goes to Northstar.

I went through the official website of MorEquity". As per the information available on their website, your mortgage account will be serviced by NationStar Mortgage, LLC from now onwards. So, I think you will have to contact NationStar Mortgage regarding this issue.
