I cosigned for my daughter student loan and she is refusing to pay. She is not able to consolidate her two loans..why?
She is active in national guard for 10 years and she was in Iraq for one year. Why national guard help pay for her loans since they promised to help her trough school if she is enrolling with them.
Yeah they promise a lot to get one in.

I am assuming these are private loans. It is next to impossible

Does she have a reason why she is refusing to pay? Does she realize both of you can be sued, garnished and gave bank accounts frozen if she defaults???
Maybe you should ask her to read the UCMJ article 134, the military stand on not paying your bills. Or give her commanding officer a call.
