Let me tell you now that most internet payday loans are operating illegally, meaning that if you find out that any are not licensed, than you do not have to pay back a dime, and its legal.

Check your state laws to see what is required to be legal in your state. Many states require a PDL to be licensed with the state to operate in the state. In my state of Kentucky a PDL can not get a license unless they have a physical store in the state. Basically this makes all IPDLs illegal in KY. Your best bit is to list each PDL, the amount you borrowed from each, the amount you paid to each and your state in a post. Many members of the board will help you find your state laws, help you determine if the loans were legal, the legal amount you owe each company and if you over paid any of them. They will also help you write letters revoking ACH and wage assignments and help you deal with your bank account.
