What text to use as primary complaint to the AG

Hello Everyone:
Would you kindly tell me what should my initial and primary complaint be to the Oklahoma AG regarding the internet payday loan companies. I want to file these today and tomorrow so that this is in place for when these people really start harrassing me. The loans are with Tremont Financial, GFSIL, Cashnet500, Cashusa, Little Loan Shoppe, Magnum Finance, Arrowhead, onestepcash and the National Money Store.

Be very specific with your complaint. Inform them that the loan companies are doing a business in your state without a valid license. (Make sure that you have looked for them in the licensee database. )
Explain what you are going through, like they are charging interests and fees above your state laws. If they threatened you for sending money, mention it. Post your experiences with each pdl place and they will do their investigations.
