I have alot of old closed accounts nothing real high, about $5,000 mostly uitilitys. I don't know how I can get them all put together and make one low monthly payment!

If the accounts are closed, then it will not be possible to make payments on them. The accounts are closed. So, how can you make payments on them? However, you can request your creditors to reopen the accounts in exchange of making purchases from those accounts. Then you can think of consolidating them to one low monthly payment. But in most cases, it has been seen that creditors don't agree to re-open the closed account. But there is no harm in trying.
