My dad had taken a loan with One Click Cash around 3 months ago they have taken over $500.00 for a 300.00 loan. They go into his acct do and take $75.00 then 50.00 on the same day. My day is now deceased and they're still going into his acct taking money, by the way it's money that's not there. I've called One Click Cash to notify them of my dead death, they're telling me I need a power of attorney form before they will even speak with me regarding the loan. How do I go by obtaining that form? I've even offered to send a copy of the death certificate. My bank has tried to close the acct but everytime One Click Cash take a payment it reopens the acct.

first i'm sorry for your loss.second this is an MTE affiliate and evil to the core.first thing you do is fax them an ACH debit revocation letter.after that give this to your father's bank.get an ACH DEBIT BLOCK put on that account.then mail a copy of the death certificate along with an FOAD letter.you see,if your father was still alive he wouldn't owe these people.in fact i practically guarantee that if you get a power of attorney they will hassle you like they would be hassling him.again a loan no longer owed.a power of attorney is not needed.revoke their ACH debit rights.then get the copy of the DC,and one click to TAKE A HIKE!!!!!!!!!!
