BoA

I have an outstanding balance of a tad over 6800 with BoA. THe account has had no activity in almost 2 years. I figured i might as well try to clean this up since in my state they have like 5 years to come and get me and after reading that they were the easiest to deal with i would settle. Does anyone have a letter format i can send to them or a contact number to call. I am currently in Iraq so its pretty much email or phone call. Also on an account of that amount and since no activity in 2 yrs would 15%-30% be realistic? Also if they accept what should i ask them to reflect on my credit report or should i request removal?
