I have a few outstanding bills which i cannot afford to pay at the moment. Would debt consolidation or credit counselling be better for me..and which one?? Including car loan, credit card, and other loans.

It is hard to give you any specific reply regarding credit counselling vs debt consolidation since we don't know much about your present financial condition. But to enter into a debt management plan you need to have a steady income, i.e. you need to be employed.

Also, non of the credit counselling organisations or the debt consolidation firms would consider the auto loan into their programs. You may negotiate with the auto lender for better terms on the loan.
