phone calls

family member keeps getting calls from them and he has no outstanding bills what so ever. he still is getting annoying calls.what can we do?
Tell your family member to get the address of the collection age
Tell your family member to get the address of the collection agency and the account number of the debt in question. Then send the company a DV...or, if your family member is SURE he/she owes nothing to anyone they can send the company a cease & desist.
