Outstanding obligations with arrow

My bank UNFCU in New York is reluctant to advance me a loan of US $10,000 because according to their records, I still have an oustanding balance of unpaid loan with Arrow. As far as I know I dont have any oustanding financial obligation with Arrorw. Can you please confirm this at my email personal info removed for your safety - Jason . Will really be grateful if you write to me a letter confirming that i have no oustanding obligtations
