I can certainly understand your concern in regards to the
overdrawn balance on your account ending in xxxx. I tried
to contact you personally at your number ending in xxxx
but was unable to reach you. I sincerely apologize for
any inconvenience you have experienced in regards to this.
Unfortunately, accounts in a negative balance cannot be
closed until the negative balance is paid. I understand
that you are continuously being charged by a merchant that
you have chosen to no longer do business with. Please be
assured that you are not held responsible for any
unauthorized transactions on your account or for any fees
associated with them.
If these transactions are unauthorized, please contact our
Customer Claims Department Monday - Sunday from 7AM - 11
PM EST at 1-866-564-2262 so that they may process a claim
to dispute the charges. However, please be advised that
we are not able to dispute any charges from any payday or
cash advance companies. Once the account has been brought
to a zero dollar balance, we will be able to process your
request to close the account.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience
you have experienced. If you have any questions or
require further assistance, please e-mail us via the
Secure Message Center or contact our Internet Service
Center at 1-877-242-7372.
