was curious as to whether an overdrawn bank account falls under a written or open account in missouri.. also, does the SOL apply to where the account was opened, or where you currently reside? thanks

Thus, as far as I can understand, your overdrawn bank account will be considered as an open account. The SOL for open account in the State of Missouri is 5 years.
