is it worth it to actually go through debt consolidation or just make your creditors wait around and keep sending collections to you for a yr or more? i know with the consolidation they have people call the creditors and let them know whats up i just want to stop all the phone calls and not have any legal action taken against me. my total debt is probably about 8000 with online payday loans credit cards hospital bills and one in store loan (not payday.)
is it worth it to consolidate or will it look better on my report to pay it all off slowly

-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet (although I am assuming they are all Internet since they're making withdrawals)?
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
