i have bad credit and debts to pay off..i cant get approved for a loan through a bank due to my bad credit is there somwhere that i can go thats not going to charge me a lot of interest that i can pay back in installments? i am worried about scams also

Have you tried a local consumer credit counselling service?

Instead of going for payday loans it is advisable to borrow from friends and relatives.Payday loans are the only way to get the money you require,quick and fast,but once you enter into the trap of payday loans ,it will be very difficult to come out!!!!!!
