I would say they will probably keep contacting you for a couple of weeks and being rude, depending on who the companies are. I'm sorry, I don't remember who all you were dealing with. They will at least contact you until they get the proposals from T & C but you can just refer them to T & C when they contact you. I hope that it works out well for you! I know people have had a lot of success working with T & C.

You are going to get all kinds of BS. I am sure they will threaten you and say they are going to put you in jail and say all kinds of rude things. Stand strong though. Let them know you are aware of all the tatics they will try to use and that you know that the police is not going to show up on your door in 20 minutes to arrest you. Let them know that you are not listening to their rude comments, you are working with T&C and that is where they need to direct their calls. Stay strong and don't let them get to you. Basically let them know you are not afraid of their threats.

You just need to be tough and don't let them get to you. They will try everything they can think of, but you need to be strong and don't let their threats and intimidations break you down. I know if I can do it, anyone can. You just need to arm yourself with knowledge and information. Make sure they know you are not going to pay more than you are suppose to and that their threats don't scare you. You can do it!!!!

When they call I would just tell them to contact T&C. Give them the phone number and then hang up. They will probably still call back, but eventually they will stop. Just be strong, and don't let them intimidate you with their baseless threats.

Are you aware that three of your loans are the same company? One Click , 500 Fast are the same as MTE Financial. Thats why this company needs to be brought to justice they go by so many names nobody can hardly keep up with them. They are located in Miami Ok the last I heard and they are not licensed anywhere. Contact your AG with complaints also. KYSIDE38

I would try to avoid the calls like you said, and just let T & C talk to them. Do make sure you file those complaints like kyside said. If nobody complains, then these companies will keep getting away with this.

see, this is why i went through a settlement company. Alot of these types of places use illigal tactics to scare you thinking you dont know any better and unfortunatly we dont know any better. they are not allowed to threaten to take you to jail they cant not even if they take you to court. This is a civil thing not criminal. dont answer the phone let someone else deal with it so you dont make your situation any worse. sometimes if they scare you, you will say something that they will use against you later. mums the word!
