Anyone use them if so how was your experience i am about to sign the contract but just wanted to check and see if anyone used him on here, i know he is not a member of the BBB but he has not had any complaints either...

I learned my lesson the hard way. I have always thought that you get what you pay for so when I began shopping for a debt company I spoke to sifxpert originally and opted to go with another company who appeared to be one of the biggest companies in the industry. They had their website everywhere they were registered with the BBB, members of Tasc, Dunn & Bradstreet etc. I was very confused after speaking to Sifxpert because his explanation of the program was far more detailed and appeared much more honest than the other companies I spoke with but for one, he is not registered with the BBB and his fees are far less than anyone else. I figured there was a catch so I went with a company that seemed well established and had competitive fees. Well, everything that Sifxpert warned me about was happening not more than 3 months into the program. I was already contacted by an attorney and my phone was ringing off the hook.

I then contacted sifxpert and cancelled with this other company. I was prepared to take a loss of over $3000.00 but Sifxpert helped me recover my fees and immediately began settling accounts for me and prevented a lawsuit from happening with my chase account.

I learned very quickly that there are some decent people out there and you certainly do not always get what you pay for. This company I signed up with I later found out that they changed names and the DBA used prior to the name change had over 200 BBB complaints.

I highly recommend his program. Having over $110,000.00 in debt, I wanted the best and fell victim to flashy advertising. Everything sifxpert had explained to me from the beginning has been happening little by little. In comparison to this other company, I would have been paying fees for the first 12 months and only settled one account. I have already settled 3 accounts in the past 4 months and believe it or not, I have 1/3 of my debt settled.

This is actually not true. Sifxpert can be found with the BBB by using his name and searching the BBB. The company he owned or ran before starting sifxpert has been in business since 1996 and has only 3 complaints. It seems the last 2 complaints were filed after he left the company. So, 1 complaint in over 10 years? I havent found anyone in business longer than 5 years with less than 10 complaints.
