if i am paying a attorney for an midland account , are they to give me a mounthly statement?

Law offices don't always provide monthly statements for delinquent accounts for which they are receiving monthly payments.
If, however, you'd like to receive a monthly statement you're certainly entitled to do so. If this is the case, simply contact the law firm and request that they send you a statement each month.
