HELP needed in paying off MTE

The only way to get this particular company to stop debiting your account is to close that account and open a new account. They will not honor your request telling them they are to stop debiting your account (even though not honoring it is illegal, but not much is legal in the manner these companies operate) You can also see if you can block them from debiting your account with your bank and pay a fee, but unfortunately, they go by so many names it is nearly impossible to list all the names they could debit your account under, and some try to present a paper check when all else fails. That is why I suggest you close that account and open a new one.

MTE is one of the worst. Once you close your account they have little collecting patience and will turn you over to a third party very quickly. At least that is what they did with me. I asked for a validation from the third party and told them that I was adding their name to a criminal complaint against MTE if thay pursued me in their behalf. I have heard nothing for a while since then. I am sure some junk collector will pick it up sooner or later.
