Payday OK

I received an email last week informing me that they had tried to debit my acct. and the debit wouldn't go through, so they were charging me a $25 NSF fee. I informed them that I am not paying the charge because I told them over a month ago that the acct. was frozen. I reminded them that I had offered a settlement proposal and they wouldn't accept it. They said there's a balance of about $350 (due to their charges) and they will settle for $240 in one payment. AHHHHH!!! Do they not listen? They told me to reply and let them know if I will accept the offer.
I have consolidated all of my pdls and included Payday OK in the consolidation. Should I reply and let them know that since they wouldn't settle with me, they can talk to the company handling my consolidation, ignore the email, or what?

Wow, when I defaulted with them they gave me no problems. They accepted the payment arrangement that my credit counselor had sent to them. I never called them or anything and they never called me. What is the proposed amount that your consolidation company will be seding them everymonth?

I just started working with CCC of America last week and they advised that the best route for my situation was to do settlements with the pdls. So, I very much doubt they will be sending them monthly amounts. They'll just try to secure a settlement figure and then when enough money is in my acct., will pay the smaller stuff off first.
