Okay. After emailing US Fast Cash for a "physical address to mail a payment to" - I got the response of "your email has been forwarded to the correct department." Okay. No address still. HOWEVER, my response to the email to One Click Cash requesting a "physical address to mail payment to" was responded with - WE ACCEPT MONEY GRAM AND WESTERN UNION PAYMENTS.So...is what they're telling me that I can NOT mail a payment to them? Is this not a violation of something? People, I have it in PRINT. They stated that's how they accept payment. No mailing address. Input, please!!!!!

I think this covers it.

frogpatch, does that apply for money gram or western union also? Because are they technically electronic funds? Or not? I think it's not? Help!

It looks like it is a matter of interpretation. A well known Consumer attorney om another site has a list of dos and donts about collection agencies and one of the don'ts is Never pay by Western Union! I think that would apply to PDLs also. You can email him and get his opinion on this. He is very responsive. I will PM the address to you.

I agree, goudah. I do not want to send anything via western union/money gram/etc. I just wondered if it is 'questionable'/'illegal' that these people will not give a physical address. Actually, this is a loan that has been overpaid so I wasn't going to actually mail any money in to them. I was just inquiring in my email to them to see if they would give out an address. No one will in writing. One Click just says to money gram it or western union it. US Fast Cash won't respond to my address question. And Quickest Cash Advance says to call them so THEY can tell ME what to pay and how. I want documentation.
