Hello everyone...I recently recieved phone calls from a Danny Loius. He stated I owed $839.00. I have made two payments totaling 400.00$. I am beginning to think this is not a lawyer. He stated he was gonna download the case against me if I did not pay. He even hung up on me once. Can any one tell me if he is a lagit collector PLEASE!!!! The number I reach him at is 1-760-331-2048
This is a scam! If you gave him your account number to withdraw
This is a scam! If you gave him your account number to withdraw payments it would be in your best interest to CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT asap! Go and speak to your branch manager to see if you can have those payments reversed, then close that account! File a complaint with the FTC and your Attorney General's office, this scam has been going on for some time now, these are scammers, there is no such thing a "downloading your case"!
