CA wants acct number....

We are setting up payment, we have the settlement agreement and we are telling them we are going to send a cashier's check and they keep insisting we give acct number. If we just send the cashier's check do you think there will be a problem?

Good for you. To everyone reading, NEVER give anyone your acct number. Many CA's will just STEAL everything in it. Always pay by money order or cashier's check. If a CA does not accept these, they are not legitimate.
