Do I have to show my paystub to settle debt in Colorado?

Usually, the debt collectors cannot force you to give out your information regarding your pay stub unless they sue you and get a judgment against you. However, if they ask for pay stub and you don’t give it, then they might not start a negotiation (to settle debt) with you.
In such a situation, you can contact a good lawyer or a reliable debt settlement company, to help you out.

Contacting an attorney is really not viable option if someone is in debt.....attorneys cost a lot of money. Debt settlement companies can be expensive and trash your credit. Learn to settle your own debt. Prove to them you can and cannot afford by providing a redacted pay stubb.
