Reporting payday loan companies?

I had major problems dealing with Sonic. They add false charges on my account making it look like it never can be paid. I had already paid them more than the legal charges in my state. I disputed with them on the basis of my state laws and took the help of the AG's office. Later, they sent me a letter stating my account being paid in full. It was a very lengthy work but I am happy to get the positive results.

I reported United Cash Loans to our Attorney General and the COnsumer Protection Division in Reno, Nevada and found out alot of info regarding UCL. I also filed complaints against Sonic Payday to the Attornet General and to the British Columbia Attorney General and the Ministry of Justice in Malta. THis lead to a paid in full letter after months of harassment.

Good Job Incredible, At one point I have delt with 19 different payday loan companies ALL have been paid excet one and I refuse Rio to pay them any more still trying to get refunds from 8 of these 19, I have had eleven come out in my favor just dealing with the companies.

I have just joined. I was looking for information on M1Y Direct and ended up here. I must have an angel on my shoulder.

Wrong Cash Today. Frascella Enterprises d/b/a Cash Today was a Pennsylvania storefront chain that doesn't do paydays anymore. (It did bank model loans for County Bank, and County has left the business.) Cash Today was just a registered trade name, not a corporation. The PA corporation is Frascella Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Cash Today Financial Centers.

The owners' other company, Frascella Enterprises of Delaware, doesn't do true PDL's. It has a Delaware license and makes installment loans under the trade name 1800899CASH.com.

Cash Today, Ltd. operates out of England, although they also have a virtual office and phone relay set up in Nevada. No license anywhere, even in England, as far as I can tell. Too bad Pollyandsay doesn't post here anymore. She did some pretty extensive research on that outfit.

I am trying to locate the website for M1Y Direct. I would like to know my account information..such as payment, dates, etc...I can't even find them now that I owe them...any help appreciated.

NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SAYING THAT I GOT A LOAN FROM THEM ON JUNE 11 YET THERE IS NO SIGN OF THAT MONEY EVER GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT AND NOW THEY ARE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY CONSENT.
