What if they garnish your bank account and there is already a negative balance? Right now I had a negative balance and they show a transaction pending (garnishment) and since there is no money in that account and won't be now what do they do? I have no other bank account for them to take from.

There will not be a positive balance. I no longer have DD and am paying my bills with MO's. I don't understand how they can try to take money that is not there. There have been a total of 3 garnishments now, the first 2 paid out and this one shows pending but there is no money to cover it. Also the $ amounts don't match anything I have. on the first one the bank finally sent me info as to where it went and how much. Still have not received anything on the second and this one is new. I am trying to figure out what I can do about any of this.
