Performance Debt Resolution

Received an ad for this company. Has anybody dealt with them. They claim they offer debt resolution NOT debt settlement. They do have an F rating from BBB, but it doesn't show too much negative experience, just that all these types of companies are risky, etc.
Anyone have any experience?

Debt resolution not debt settlement huh? What exactly do they do? My guess is they do perform debt settlement, but are trying to skirt the bad wrap of the industry. I don't know anything about them, but I know I can advise you to stay away from them and it would be sound advice about 98% of the time. Find out a little more about them and post the details.
Also before you look into different companies or programs to help you out, you first need to review your situation and figure out what the best solution is, given your circumstances and goals. No point calling companies for free sales pitches until you know if you even are in need of their services.
PDR is a scam stay away from them!!
This company is a scam, they charge you a refferal fee and send you to your death by using an attorney who is on his way out and doesn't give a shit about getting dissbarred so for the mean time they will take your money and leave you in a much worst position. read all about them on "ripoffreport.com" type herbert Davis under search box.
Total scam
They are as stated earlier a total SCAM! They are working with a Lawyer named Herb Davis and a "Former" Laywer Named Richard Murkey who spent time in Prison for Credit scams, telling people he could repair their credit. They will take your money and leave you to be sued! and leave you to defend yourself!

Well Dinty, debt resolution is similar to debt settlement and probably the company that you're talking about just don't want to tell people that they're into settling people's debts. As it is debt settlement is not deemed to be a good debt relief option and this is the most probable reason why this company is speaking about debt resolution.
What they'll actually do with you is debt settlement. They may ask for hefty upfront fees and charges for settling your multiple credit card debts. Evaluate your personal financial situation and then decide which option you must go for. :D

I believe this is probably debt settlement, as well.
While they only have one complaint filed against them, per the BBB, I also noticed that they are not BBB accredited, which means they didn't go through the proper steps to ensure that they are fully compliant with all laws in place to protect consumers from certain practices used in the debt settlement industry.
If you're looking for a solution, continue your search, and be extremely cautious before entering into a program that is designed to take your money and not really help you.
