pinnacle

I had a bad experience with the ceo of this company i was told by verizon whom i had a debt with that they sold this account to pinnacle this was in nov 30,2010 i tried to contact them on several occassion in dec 2010 to no avail then on january i received an alert from experian that pinnacle had listed me as a bad debt so i call them and ask them why did i not receive any type of letter from them they told me that itwas sent to american agencies so i ask them why did they sumit dereogator information to the credit bureau we got into a heated argument then i told him i was going to get an attorney and reported this to consumer fair agencies the the next day they had remove their report from experian , so on jan16 2011 i received a letter from american agencies so i call and they told me pinnacle requested my files back so now when i call pinnacle they wont ansewer so i tried calling on my cell phone and spoke t0 a opeator and was told they tranfer my ccount over to a siler associated but would not give me a phone number or address she stated that she will have to to call me in a couple of weeks so now when i call back they will not answer my cell number so i dont know what to do i wan t to pay this bill so it wont get on my credit report. I guess i have to get in touch with the redit bureau and my attorney and federal trade on this one i beleieve they r are trying to ingore me .
