I received a call from Staely, Lawhorne and Lebowsky stating that they are representing pay day loan taking out and plan to file legal docs at court house on the 28th. I requested them to send me original documentation of this loan and investigator advise that she is not able to at this time. is this legal?

Whatever the lady said over the phone might not be completely legal. However, the point still remains: Did you actually take out a payday loan? If so, then who was the lender? Internet or storefront?
As for the documents you asked for, if you really want to see them, demand a DV in writing.
