I posted a payment over the phone with the Supervisor "Erin" of First Source. She advised me that First Source has been in business fifteen years and does not have a form to send via email when a payment has been made confirming the payment. How can this be?

It is quite surprising that they don't have an option to send you the payment details through an e-mail. I think there is something fishy about the whole matter. You should contact them again and insist them to send you the payment details. Unless they do so, it will be better if you don't make any further payments to them.

Have either of you two ever made a payment to a collection agency??? I dont think so.People...most collection agencies do NOT provide receipts. Your cancelled check or money order is your receipt. They are not in business to provide you with this type of customer service, since you are not a customer.
