Is it possible to dispute "premium text" charges that were made by a minor? The company who set-up the account is based in Germany, and according to their T&Cs, the account holder must be "of legal age", which I am assuming is 18, in order to use their services. I now have a $3000 phone bill for charges I never authorized. HELP!!

Thank you for the response -- I tried that - but Verizon said that since they came from the phone, they were valid charges. I told Verizon they were not authorized charges and I wouldn't pay for them, but then they threatened to turn me into collections. I even had Verizon call Bigpoint (with me on the phone), and the company rep stated that SMS charges were hard for their company to investigate, so charges could actually be made by anyone. This company (BigPoint) is completely shady and since they are in Germany, I don't know how to fight them, and Verizon is no better. I have even had these "random" charges on my phone - and I can GUARANTEE that I didn't send those texts and, since I always have my phone with me, I don't know how anyone else could have either. I am completely at their mercy right now with no recourse that I can find...any other suggestions? I would think a company wouldn't be able to "do business" with a minor. Am I wrong?
