pressler and pressler send me a letter by certified mail claiming that i owe money. They said that i would have to appear in civil court to clear up this matter or i will have to face severe matters. I don't remember oweing them anything. I just had a stroke, and I have very serious heart trouble. Should I take this matter to the Attorney General? Please help me,because I'm afaird I might get another stroke behind this stress.

Who do they say you owe money too? You they are representing? It should be on the letter you received. Have they served you a summons? If you have received a summons and do not respond or show up in court, they will get a judgment against you.

The attorney general will not intervene for you...they do not act as private attornies.
