If state of florida SOL is 5 years for cc debt, but i tried too pay for 32 months in a consolidated program? did i retrigger the SOL by trying to do the right thing. I'm being dragged to small claims court "Pre-Trial" in April 2011? What are my options? I plan to appear what can I expect?

If you have started paying off your debts though your debt account had crossed the SOL period, then it means that you've re-started the SOL. However, paying off the debts will have a positive impact on your credit report and you won't have to worry about your creditors anymore as you'll be paying them off as per your consolidation program. You may appear in the court and inform the creditor that you are paying it off as per the consolidation program. I think that will solve the matter for you.
