Credit Card Debt

I am receiving calls from a 605 Area Code (PHX, AZ) in regards to a debt saying to call the 1-800-661-0086

Found from another thread:

Primary Financial Services LLC

They have been calling my cell phone for a day or two now. I do not have a work number, I am a fulltime student and co-own a part time business.

I live in Texas, I owe around $800.

I am not really concerned with my credit and do not intend to pay them back within the next six months (I just do not have the money).

Some Questions:

Will they contact my extended family?
What can i do to prevent calls until I have enough to pay them?
Can they/will they come take my possessions?
Any Advice?

They are only permitted to call your family if they can't find you which they already did.
To prevent the calls you need to send then a cease communication letter telling them they are to communicate bt the USPS only. This is the law under the FDCPA. Also send them a debt validation letter. They must stop all collections until they send you a validation proving that you owe this money. A template is available on this site. Go to Google and type ib FDCPA and the first or second site will explain your rights.
