I recently get letter from the plantiff chch llc on deffendent baljinder sandhu, i want to know how i will get off from this situation, They want me to pay my debt amount. but from the last 3 to 4 years i am not working no job. so how could i pay that amount to plantiff chch llc.

Please sugeste me to how to handel this situation.


Steelers is right - you need to show up for that court date, or you will be in worse trouble than you are now.

If you truly have had no income for the past few years, you need to take some sort of proof of that to the court date - I don't know what you could bring, maybe bank statements showing you don't have a paycheck going into a bank account or something - but you will need something to prove to the judge that you are not and have not been working, and that's why the debt hasn't been paid. However, this doesn't excuse you from paying the debt altogether. The most the judge will be able to do is set up a payment plan for you, which you will have to follow to the letter, because if you default on that, the judge will give the creditor a judgement against you for the remaining balance, and will probably allow them to throw in court costs and attorney's fees as well.
