ive been trying to figure out what to do about Citibank. Im 111 days past due and my min. pymt keeps getting higher. They have offered me a $4749. settlement online on a $5275.09 bal. in 3 pymts. I cant even afford that! I cant even make a partial pymt online i have to call it in. I just couldnt afford $170.00 at a 28.99% rate. Ive called them several times and they dont want to help me. Ive keep in touch every mth like they tell me but they wont help. I told them we are having some financial difficulties and that this card is the one that has the highest balance and interest rate. I told them i needed some kind of relief, that im not getting ahead because most my pymt goes to interest (out of $170.00, $50 goes to pmt). This is crazy! What to do? I dont want to get sued. Should i just keep calling, should i let it go diliquent or just wait for mail in settlement?
