my question is that i owe rjm collections 151.00 on an old citizens bank joint account i had with my father. now rjm is making it hard for me to open any kind of an account until i pay that amount. when i wasnt even around to make thaut amount happen it was my father. so basically i want to pay them off to get them out of my life. how do i do that the quickest way on-line to get them out of my face?
