Anybody familiar with these guys and had any luck with settlements with them. The card is Royal Bank of Scottland and is a mastercard I believe.

Yes I believe it is a UK company loaning money through a credit card. The credit card is pretty standard and is a master card so they are not breaking any laws to my knowledge. I was just wondering if anybody has ever succeeded in getting a settlement in full for less than what is owed or if anybody has ever been sued by them.
