im sleep and no calls

I tried to come up with a response to this, but just couldn't get my mind around this kind of logic. All I can say is I guess I'm glad you can sleep.

its hard to respond to this because its what we all want debt freedom i looked at it this way debt settlement did not work. so i spent the money for an attorney and not debt settlement so rather then five years and out of debt im looking at 5 months. best is no calls form collections they all new i was with a debt settlement company which did not halt the calls so i took the money and gave it to a lawyer not the internet kind but a real live lawyer with office and para legals the whole bit and im done. i looked at it this way my credit report was shot anyway so how much more damage could i do to it anyway its over im free of this had debt for years and it just grows grows and grows

I am glad you will be debt free and can sleep now. But just remember not to fall into the same situation again and try and look back and see what got you in debt so bad the first time and DO NOT make the same mistake again. If you keep up any payments you have now and stay current on them, your credit should improve in a few years, but if you fall back into the same plan you had before your BK then you will have a very hard time getting any credit anywhere. can someone explain to my why creditors will not accept debit settlement and take what was offered over a five year period as oppose to getting nothing if that was me ill take something rather than nothing

since no reply on my last question my guess is the creditors want you to give them a answer sooner than what it takes for debt settlement this way they can move you account off there books and chage it as a business loss anyone care to make a comment or is my guess right im sleeping not been there done that and its a pleasure i should have bk7 soomer
