sued in Wa

I recieved a summons from Capitol One stating that I was being sued for non-payment of a credit card. I am a military dependant who's spouse has been deployed off and on for the last three and a half years. And my son is Autistic, so having a job has been impossible for me. Can Military Legal help me? oh and we only recently moved to Wa. from Ga. does that make a difference for the lawsuit?

I dont believe as military dependant there is much that JAG can do for you. You need to answer the summons and show up in court. Can you borrow the money to get it settled before court?
