I received a voice mail at my work from this number at 5:15pm last night - 620-664-6192. Said that this is the last time he is calling me and that he has received the information needed from my employer. I am hoping my employer has not fallen for whatever he is going to do. I have gotten scammed at least three times this year and have had to close my account twice. Could someone tell me more on how to get these letters you are talking about below PLEASE! Also before the guy hung up he said goodbye and good luck....need to know what to do and where i can find these forms???

this is NCA(national credit adjusters) a complete lawbreaking bottomfeeder that won't do a thing but call.you need to send them an FOAD letter.here is the address.

like that send it certified mail return receipt.that way when they call after that.you sue them.they have been sued before but always settle out of court.bottomline again a lawbreaking bottomfeeder that needs to be sent that letter and reported asap.

If these bottomfeeders keep bleeding money through out-of-court settlements, then how do they manage to stay in business?

good question

i get this a bit.the reason is that for every one person that sues them.ten or more pay them.another maybe ten file AG complaints and NCA moves it to another bottomfeeder.we can't reach everyone and therefore can only help those who come on this site.it's unfortunate,but an ugly truth.as far as the settlements go,as ohiogal stated.if there is a settlement then it costs less tha going before a judge,and with the money they bilk out of others they consider this"the cost of doing business"turns my stomach.
