Twelve states currently require that all parties consent to the recording. These states are:

You've become proactive and just won't take any creditor abuse.
Once I told a really aggresive creditor that I was recording him whilst he was recording me.:twisted::twisted::twisted:
The dude got even meaner and then he went ballistic when I started making the beep noises every ten seconds.:-D:-D:-D
He hung up on me about two minutes later.:cool:

Update. The California supreme court recently interpreted California law to mean that as long as the recording is done for a lawful purpose, all-party consent is no longer required.
