I was reading on your site that one of your members found a law stating that the interest could not be more than a loan or something like that. My problem is I have a loan with One Click Cash and have been paying the processing fee for awhile, and last pay check they took out more than they should have, way more. I am going to call but is there any laws like the one in Ohio that states something like that for Maryland? And what should I do if they refuse to refund the money they took? they made me overdraft my account, so I owe even more than I should of had to pay.

Maryland prohibits payday loans. One Click Cash is doing an illegal business in your state by offering loans with illegal interest rates. Report them to your state AG for immediate investigations on them. Send a copy of the letter to One click cash explaining your actions and the payments done till date. They must refund your balance after deducting the principal amount.
