I have been given the runaround from wm for nearly years. They never respond iln written form, never acknowlege receipt of letter i send or faxes.
They called my job.
I have a binder over an inch thick. They never followed through on the Rehabilitation program they offered me.
Now they are harrassing me again and have added another $4,000 in fees to my account.
How do i handle it from here. Frustrated in Florida

The collection agency has not added a dime to your account....al
The collection agency has not added a dime to your account....all calculations and charges are applied by your student loan guarantor. Your interest is accruing daily and capitalizing. They also do not respond in writing, everything is done over the phone.,
Calling you at your job is not illegal, unless you ask them not to.
Have you called to set up the rehab? If not, you need to do so ASAP.
