My advice would be to put their names in a search engine and see what comments come up about the company. You can check the BBB but I feel that these days it isn't always reliable.

no because I reported a bad collection agency to BBB and their response was that information on the case is private so they are unable to respond to complaint --just another way for a collection agency to take the low road
