Hello,
I would like to know what are best options for debt relief. I have approximately 45,000 in various areas of debt if I include my home and vehicle.

Yes, you can refinance your auto and home loan. Since they're not unsecured debts, you can't go for a settlement option. What is your debt amount apart from the home loan and auto loan?

A settlement is recommended if you have unsecured debts like credit card debts or payday loan debts; However, to settle debts, you need to have a good income source. You can go for refinancing for the home loan and car loan. However, how about your income status now?

Refinancing your home and auto loan is a good option if you're getting relatively lower interest rates than your current loans. This way, your monthly income will be reduced.
About your unsecured loans, you can opt for DIY debt relief strategies or professional help as per your choice.

As the other people suggested, you can go for debt consolidation for unsecured debts. You can refinance your mortgage and auto loan. You can also go for a cash out refinance to wash your other debts excluding mortgage.
