i was curious if you guys help pay off charge offs too along with past due accounts

Yes, you need to pay off a charged off account. Charged off does not mean that you are exempted from paying off the account. The creditor or the CA can even sue you for an unpaid charged off account and bring judgment against you to recover the debt, if the SOL on the debt has not yet expired.
