I have multiple issues. I am currently in a Chapter 13 BK repayment plan which will complete in 01-2013. During the plan I incurred additional debt in the form of medical bills (being sued on one of these debts for $7800.00). These can't be added to the CH 13 since they were incurred after the start of the plan. To help cover those debts I now have 7 payday loans which are drowning me and soon I wont be unable to cover the payments. I have about $20,000 in payday loans and medical debt. In all I have about $700 in available monthly income to cover those debts. What can I do?

Convert to a Chapter 7

Can't convert to chapter 7, don't meet the lower income requirements that the credit card companies lobbied Congress to impose.
