I don't think there would be anything to report until thirty days. Someone correct me if I am wrong!

I????????m not sure if they can report it on your CR. But if you call them and let them know when the payment will be made, I would think they would make a note in your file and you????????ll be all set.

They won't accept an "arrangement" for the 4th, even though that's when I will pay it. They said they could send an agent to my house to collect the payment and they would charge me for it. I think it's just a collection tactic just to get a payment before the end of the month. They said they would report my account as deliquent (I already am according to their standards) and I would ruin my good history with them. As soon as we are back on track we're trading in the car and will get new financing with someone else. They are jerks. Today they said they needed a decision by Friday but last week they told me I needed the payment in by the 31st. He suggested I get a payday loan! I almost laughed at him. By the way, the payday loan situation is improving. T & C has been wonderful as usual and even the storefront accepted a much smaller payment this month until things improve. Hopefully my husband will find better employment soon closer to what he was making before. At least he's working.

They cannot report 30 days late unless they have the records to prove it.They can score you late on their internal database.

1) They can send someone to your house, but collectors making house calls are really a thing of the past. Really not safe for them. And if they did come to your house you still wouldn't have to pay them just because they showed up. Also, they cannot charge you any extra fees for house calls.
2) They cannot report anything less than 30 days to the bureaus. If they do, dispute it.
3) It can ruin your history with the company itself. IE they may have an internal policy that they will not make future deferments/extensions if an account goes over certain # of days past-due. So this episode may prevent you from getting help from them in the future ... but then again they're not giving you any help now. It also may keep them from ever approving another loan, if you ever wanted another one with them in the future.
