how to get intouch with resqdebt to cancel their services

Hi folks, I'm new at this and signed up with resqdebt for them to reduce my ccard debt for me by lowering apr's and to make a settlement with 2 companies which are charging me hig apr's... I now cannot get Jason to call me back nor has he answered my email. Does anyone have information that could help me with this ????
