Has anyone used Resqdebt for debt settlement?

I have not used them personally. I did find their report on the BBB. They are not members which isn't necessarily a bad thing. They have only been in business since January 2008 so they really haven`t been around long enough for you to really develop a good or bad track record yet. Personally I would shop around with some other companies and compare before choosing them.

Welcome to the Community :D Here is a link that you might look over at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/settlement/resqdebt-company.html you can use the search box at the top of the page to see more links about them.

Before you go with any company, check tham out throughly. Sometimes your states attorney general can give you some info. Be sure and sk questions about fees, when your creditors will get paid, time it will take in the program, etc.

We can give you suggestions here, but it will be up to you to decide what is best for you..Good Luck..karen

Choosing a debt settlement company is just as important as the debt settlement process. Take the time that you need to be well informed so that you dont get scammed in the process there are alot of bad companies out there taking advantage of people in thier times in need, and choosing a bad company will make your situation worse. Not saying this is a bad company i dont know. But you will need to know for yourself. There are some great resources in this forum for you to make a good decision that you can be comfortable with. Good luck!
